Cannot access screencapture in "Capture" folder. File is zero bytes. Will not open.

Hi @Paul47, welcome to our Community! 

 

Do you have issues opening all of your Capture files whether they are old or new? Let me know if you get any specific errors, when you try to open these files. 

 

If you have any screenshots, feel free to share them with us.

File opens in Mac preview but cannot be used in other programs. I don't have time to troubleshoot but thanks for your reply. I have uninstalled the program. Feel free to close this thread.
