Unable to access or view a shared folder on the site

I can't open the file that was shared with me. I cleared the browser cache, tried to open it on different days, from different devices and browsers, but all to no avail. It is strange that when I open from incognito mode, I see a preview of the folder with files, but authorization is required (photo below), but when I log in, it automatically displays an error (photo below)

Is this shared folder sent to the correct email address which is associated with your Dropbox account?

 

Did you click the link via an email sent from Dropbox?
