Unable to sync online files with computer

Unable to sync online files with computer

I recently upgraded to Mac OS Ventura and was logged out of DropBox. When I signed back in, I selected the prompt for selective sync because I needed a folder for a meeting. I have tried to sync the other online folders back to my computer to no avail. I could not find this option in the desktop app or online DropBox. I signed out of DropBox, restarted, and signed back in but there was no prompt to synchronize. I removed the DropBox app and re-installed without benefit. I searched the community and could not find this exact issue. I just want my online folders to appear on my desktop as is currently the case for my other two computers. Thank you for your guidance.

Hey @nsgymd, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Can you let me know more about why you're not able to sync your folders?

Are you not able to see the selective sync settings in in the "sync" tab of your Dropbox preferences?

What do you see instead?

And what is the sync status and version of the Dropbox app you have installed?

You can see that if you hover over the Dropbox icon in your menu bar with your mouse.

Let me know what you find.
