Upload button does not react after clicking on it. Could you help please?

Thank you Megan for replying. I try to use a different browser like Edge, the file selection window shows 2mins later after clicking on the button.

Hey @Annie P - sorry to jump in here, but does this persists on an incognito window or a browser with no extensions or plugins running as well?

Did you reboot your computer since you first noticed this by the way?If you have any antivirus or firewall running, you can also temporarily disable them.
