If I share a file or folder with a colleague (not a team member) can they upload a file to the folder?
If they are given read/write access, have enough quota and if you are a part of a Business plan as long as that has no restrictions in place regarding shares yes you can 🙂

My account is listed as 'Dropbox Professional' is that a 'Business Account'? It is for my business.
