Hello, I use ASUS FUF laptop and I wanted to backup the esupport folder that contains all the basic driver and applications for my laptop. When doing so, I found a error stating that files with .etf extension are not supported and they can't be uploaded. I really need to backup that folder as I am wishing to reset my pc. Is there any way to get around this error?

Thanks in advance

Hi @Anindya42001, based on the error message, it doesn't seem like you're able to use the web, in order to upload these files.

Have you tried adding the content, using the desktop app, in order for them to sync online? If not, you could give it a go.

Hey @Anindya42001, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Can you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a look too?

Also, how exactly you're uploading those files  to Dropbox?

Keep us posted!

Here is the screenshot of the error. I am using the website version of the dropbox to upload the folder that I mentioned.

Thanks in advance.
