Hi,

I uninstalled Dropbox Application from Mac since my harddisk was full, but I found the file is still here and my harddisk is still full.

I would like to ask if is it safe to directly delete the dropbox file from the harddisk? Will it be also delete in my dropbox online?

Thanks so much螢幕截圖 2020-03-27 下午4.30.48.png

Hi @hebibi; welcome to the Dropbox Community and happy Friday!

Since you've already uninstalled and unlinked your account via the desktop app on that device, you're safe to delete your Dropbox folder without affecting your Dropbox files as it's now a static copy of your Dropbox folder as it was at the time you unlinked it.

Let me know if you have any questions!
