My Dropbox got synced incorrectly on a certain date in 2023. Can I get a snapshot of my Dropbox from that day in 2023? I don't mind paying for it.

Thank you

Hey @dpujara! Thanks for posting on our forum.

Can you send me more info on what’s happened exactly, so that I can further help?

Any screenshots you can send are appreciated, too.

Keep me posted.

Hi Nancy,

Last year, I ran a non Dropbox faulty sync with unintended consequences, where some of my critical files on Dropbox either got deleted or got replaced with files from over a month back. This happened some days after 8/30/2023. So, I know for sure that the files from 8/30/2023 were kosher. So, if I can have a zip of my entire Dropbox from 8/30/2023, I'll be in good shape. Thank you very much.

That's wouldn't be possible. Files can only be restored if they were deleted/changed within the recovery period for your account (30 days for Basic, Plus, and Family accounts).
