Please I am desperate for any kind of help. I have accidentally permanently deleted the wrong file, is there any way of recovering it at all??? *please note it was not just deleted it was permanently deleted and no backup has been done

I'm afraid that permanently deleted files are un-recoverable from Dropbox.
