I've got a notification saying "Files were automatically renamed". What does this mean and how do I find out which file was renamed?
By the way, I'm pretty sure it wasn't me that renamed the file.
Thanks for posting on the Community, @Rumplestiltzkin!
Is there any chance that you’ve activated naming conventions for any folders on your Dropbox account?
Do you remember any other details from the notification you received, so that we can have a look?
Let me know.

I do have an automation enabled on one folder to add the date of upload to the file name. I uploaded a file on the afternoon of 02/04/2023 and the file was renamed from the source file name accordingly. But if that's what has triggered the notification, why did it take 24 hours for me to be notified? It's very disconcerting; I initially thought I'd been hacked.
Is this something that has happened before or did you set up an automation for this folder recently?
If you notice this behavior again, please give me a nudge here, so that we can check this further.
