I can't see a folder I am an owner of

I am an owner of a folder that I cannot find in my Dropbox account anywhere. It's not in my files, it's not in my Sharing section, it's nowhere. I need to access this folder so I can manage the members of the folder. How can I regain access?

As this is a shared folder, since a colleague can see that you’re the owner, perhaps you’ve removed yourself from the folder?

Try navigating to the following page and adding it back to your account.

Hi there, could you check the events page to see if you can locate a recent move, deletion or if it was removed as a shared folder?

I am looking for a needle in a haystack. I have tried looking back as far as September of 2017 and am not finding anything.

It depends on the current plan you’re on, if you’re able to view files from back then, you can restore it if need be.

Have you tried searching for the file name specifically in the search bar?

I have tried searching, however, only files, not folders come up. My colleague can see the folder, and can see that I am the owner, so I am baffled as to why I can't find it anywhere.

Also, I am on the Dropbox Business Advanced Plan.
