Could you first try checking the events page or the deleted files page to see if they can be recovered from there?

I hope you're having a great week. I saw this thread and just thought I'd follow up with you today as I know exactly how frustrating it can be to lose files!
It looks like Jay has already offered you some great advice and I'm hoping you were able to find all the files in question and everything is right back where it should be. If not, please reach out again and we'll do whatever we can to get you back up and running.

When was the last time that you accessed those files?
Do you remember deleting them at some point? And could it be more than 30 days since the deletion?

Hi - - I went on my dropbox recently and noticed that a number of files / folders are missing. I've checked deleted, moved, etc.. They are nowhere to be found. Where did all my files go? Thanks for the help!

When was the last time that you accessed them?
And is it possible that they're in a different Dropbox account, under a different email address?
