There is nothing in deleted items although there should be something for 30 days.

Nothing was permanently deleted.  It should still be there.

I just arrived from overseas after 10 years and I am wondering if something is going on that dropbox is not telling me.

I am NOT new.  I have been a user for 7 years.

Hi @InvertedPilot1, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Just for clarification, is this the first time you've logged into your account after 10 years?

This will help me to assist further!

No, I logged in after being overseas. I used it on Tuesday.  On Wednesday there was nothing there.
I am an experienced user and rely on it for all our shared work documents.

Hey @InvertedPilot1, sorry to jump in here, but have you ensured that you're looking at the correct email address?

Maybe you created a new account under another email address of yours instead of logging into your existing account?

I do not think there is anything nefarious.  But I really need to find out what happened to the files.  It appears my account was reset. Thank you .

No sir, even my main desktop in my office (I am travelling) no longer synchronizes.

Do you see any sign of your missing files in your events page or in the deleted files page perhaps @InvertedPilot1?

Hi from me as well, @InvertedPilot1!

Out of curiosity, have you also checked your Security page on www.dropbox.com? Do you see any linked devices, or past sessions?
