You need to log on with your old email account and password. As long as you used it within the last 12 months everything should be there 🙂

It has been years since I accessed it, I never realized I needed to regularly visit it, and dealing with a support robot is no help getting them restored.

Sorry to hear about this, @Oletimer.

Have you tried logging in with the email address that was associated with the account?

Is it allowing you or is it prompting you to create a new account under that address?

I can, and there is a smattering of recent stuff that I had no idea how it got there, but no genealogy files from yrs back.

Hi @Oletimer, can you please have a look at your events page and let me know what you find? This is the place where all uploads, edits, and deletions are normally logged so it should give you a hint.
