Delete, edit, and organize
Solve issues with deleting, editing, and organizing files and folders in your Dropbox account with support from the Dropbox Community.
I recently didn’t pay my payment for Dropbox basic plan. When I paid it in the next couple of weeks, all of my files were gone. Is there anyway I can recover my files?
Not paying doesnt delete files - it just stops syncing. So the none payment of account isnt the issue here.
What is www.dropbox.com/events showing about it?

Hi @Brutha Ra Nun, if you were on a paid plan such as a Dropbox Professional or Business plan, then you'd have 180 days to recover deleted files. Otherwise, you'd have 30 days to recover deleted files, even on a Dropbox Plus plan.
Since you mentioned you paid for a plan, is it still showing as a Basic plan? Is it possible you upgraded another account on which your files are located?
