I haven't gone on Dropbox in years. I had a file on there from years ago when it was all free I'd like to retrieve. Is it retrievable?

Hi @PeggyU, let's jump right into this!

When was the last time you accessed your Dropbox account?

Keep in mind that if your account hasn't been accessed in a while, Dropbox might delete it due to inactivity. If that is the case, then you wouldn't be able to restore the files in it.

I hope this clarifies!
