Hi, one of my colleagues is trying to open a spreadsheet stored in drobox using Excell, and it is saying locked for editing by her? which it is not - her other colleague is also having the same problem when he tries to open it. I can open it no problem. Any ideas? Dropbox say that it is an issue with the software (Microsoft) Thanks

Hi @Jo - The Well! Welcome to our forum.

Since I understand you’ve reached our support team, can you send me your ticket number here?

Also, are your colleagues seeing the same thing if they close the file on their current browser and open it via a different one instead?

Other than that, feel free to take a look at this Microsoft thread here, as some users are reporting the same issue as you.

Let me know if that helps.
