I have created a personal application in apps console is in development status, I need to share with 2 users the contents of the folder of the application, but it does not give me the option to share, however, the folder that is one level up if you give me the option, but when I give it to share privately does not show me any option to enter the emails of authorized persons to that folder, I only have the option to share publicly, but these authorized persons are not reflected the change in the folder of the application, any idea or is the type of plan I am in basic plan, thank you very much.

Currently, app folders are incompatible with shared/team folders, meaning you can't share an app folder, put a shared/team folder inside an app folder or put an app folder in a shared/team folder. (Though you can share app folders using shared links though, as you found.)

Instead, if you need to use the API with shared/team folders, you'll need to use "full Dropbox" access type, as opposed to the app folder access type. You can find more information about app permissions here: https://www.dropbox.com/developers/reference/developer-guide#app-permissions

If you've already registered an app using the app folder access type, you can register another with the desired access type at: https://www.dropbox.com/developers/apps/create
