Swift 3.0 - no httpError when network connection down

when there is no network connection, the error type is NOT httpError although the description clearly contains the correct domain and code of -1009

    I am using the latest SwiftyDropbox and for an offline network connection I should be getting an httpError with code. Instead I am getting a clientError. Its description clearly says code=-1009, Internet Connection appears to be down. So why not making this an httpError?
