Help! I logged in to Dropbox but it is a basic version. I'm paying for extra storage...so where?

Hi there. I logged into my Dropbox account but its a basic one. I'm paying AUD$31/mth for Dropbox. I thought that was for extra storage. But I can't find it. How do I find out what I'm paying for? Or at least sync these accounts?

Hey @LisaRugg, thanks for joining our Community and happy Friday!

It does sound like you have two Dropbox accounts. 

If you're paying by credit card, you can use our payment lookup tool to find out the email address associated with the paid account.

I tried what you asked, copying and pasting the transaction ID from my paypal receipt into the look up too, and it tells me it can't locate that transaction id and do i want to lodge a billing enquiry?

So do I lodge a Dropbox Billing Enquiry?
