🎉
Finally!!!!!!
This changes the location of Dropbox on Mac OSX 12+ but once my 3rd party apps were made aware of the new location everything worked perfectly.
Nothing happened or changed here... Did you reinstall?
I just installed the beta release and it took me through the necessary steps to install it in the new location. I am talking about the Offline Installer (Apple Silicon) version.
But did you already have Dropbox installed on that machine, with content already downloaded?
I already had a Stable version installed and it was in the old location under Favourites in Finder.
I downloaded and installed the beta version and it led me through the process of moving the installation to Locations in Finder.
The beta version updates automatically to each new beta version but if I click on 'Leave beta' I am warned that my installation will revert to the original, old, location. On that basis I assume I should wait until a Stable version including this move is released.
