Assiatnce requird as I cant see any changes made by other users and updated files I reinstall updated version many times

Thanks for reaching out.  

We need more information in order to help you.  First off, if each user has their own Dropbox account, you will NOT see their files unless they or you share a folder with each other.  If you have a shared folder that you had accepted permission to share, then there may be a problem is you are not seeing any changes within the shared folder

 

Do you have any shared folders?  You can see a list of any here:  https://www.dropbox.com/share/recents 

if you do not have any, then you would not 'see' any updates since each user has its own folders.  This doesn't apply if all users have the same login to the same account.
