I'm over my limit. Can I still download my files?

I'm over my limit. Can I still download my files?

My account shows I'm slightly over my 2.25 of free storage. Not sure that's true since I've delete everything else in this account.

 

Question: Will my receiving account still be able to download these files??

Lusil, thanks so much for your response. Purged some excess files that were still in my folders and that did the trick.

Hey @theloganshow, thanks for posting your question here. 

 

If your account is over the storage limit, you won't be able to sync, but you should be able to download your files. 

 

Have you had a look through your Plan tab to see what exactly is taking up space?
