Batch create thumbnails/photo index of videos in a folder

It'd be useful to be able to quickly create a thumbnail of a video file and/or to batch create thumbnails of all the video files in a folder, which can then be used in a Word doc or PDF or other document file. The context for this is wanting to create a visual index or reference sheet of all video files, and my specific use case example for this is to provide a visual reference cue sheet to the technical director for a live event, so they can verify they are cueing up the correct video and respective chyron. This is just one example of use, there are plenty others. Even if not a batch create option, just an option to export a still frame from the video when viewing in Dropbox would be great.

HI there @kathrynprice - thanks for sharing your thoughts on this with us.

I was just wondering if what you had in mind is close to the option for force-rendering on shared links? Or maybe the option to add it to a file, like a link to a file but with a thumbnail of the video etc.?

Hmm...I don't think that's quite what I had in mind. See the image I've attached below. To make this video reference sheet, I manually took a screenshot of each video in the Dropbox playback window, renamed each one with the respective title, and went from there. So, the feature I'm suggesting is the ability to snap a still image of a video frame, like when I open the video file in Dropbox, that I can then use as a thumbnail elsewhere. If there's a way to batch this process, like selecting a Dropbox folder and batch-snap a still image of each video file inside that folder, that'd be even better.
