I nearly go blind every time I open dropbox, how can you guys have been around so long yet you still don't have a simple toggle to change the CSS style to a darker color to not blind your users?
We are closing this idea so that we can provide the Community with updates on Dark Mode by individual product. We hope this provides a better user experience as this thread has grown quite long. Thanks for all of your votes, comments and enthusiasm!

@Megan and @Emmet Your stories are different. Is there dark mode or not? This has been marked as delivered yet no one can find any setting to enable this. I see dark mode on the dropbox iOS mobile app, but that's it. Paper has had dark mode for a while in the browser. The desktop app seems no longer (I don't know why), so I can't speak on that. But Dropbox itself in the browser seems to have no dark mode. Why does dropbox make such a simple thing so dang confusing?
@marsbars: As per my previous response, and @Megan's response, Dark mode is currently available on all version's of Dropbox, and for Paper on Dropbox.com.
If you haven’t seen dark mode yet, you can activate it like you can on Paper. Go to the bottom right of Dropbox.com, click the arrow and then click the cog for Settings. You should be able to see the option to toggle dark mode there.
yes not really an actual app like the one from some months ago but the dropdown menu from the menubar. It should be in dark mode as the dropbox employees are telling us
Bottom right on dropbox.com looks like this for me. I don't see the arrow that @Emmet is referring to either. I also notice I am on version 145.4.4921. There's a version 146.xxx now? That should auto-update, no?
