Ticket tracking on the dashboard

Ability to track open/closed support tickets in the API dashboard or a new dashboard. I would like to view how many tickets were opened, their statuses, what was the issue, the ticket number, and what has been done so far. Aside from having some type of chart in the dashboard to display this, allowing users the ability to download this information in Excel report format.
