Thanks for getting back to me here @aciviti!

Since you're trying to upload an image, can you try clicking the camera icon instead of the document icon from the "Post" window?

If you click the document like icon then only specific files can be added like PDF files and these won't appear greyed out. Clicking the camera icon should allow you to choose images while greying out document type icons.

Let me know if this helps!

Hi @aciviti, I hope you're having a good day so far!

Would you mind letting me know the steps that you're taking currently to try and add files from Dropbox? This will give me a bit of a better understanding of where you're running into this issue.

Also, please let me know what OS and version your device is running.

Let me know and we'll go from there!

Hi Daphne

Thank you, I am on Mac OS Catalina 10.15.4

The process is I am on Linkedin, then click start a post. I click on the document icon and a window pops up to select your document via "choose file" or direct from dropbox. I have done both options to go to my dropbox. All the jpegs are greyed out so I can't pick them up.
There are jpegs in there that I have already uploaded to linkedin in previous weeks which have also now greyed out despite havng used them. When I go into Dropbox dierctly to check through the app on my menu bar I can see the jpegs and not greyed out.

I haven't changed my steps taken yet something seems to not be reading between d/box and linkedin. I had to upload to facebook also and whilst facebook I had to make the document into a pdf when I went to select it I could see all the jpegs and they weren't greyed out

thanks
