send notification to mobile device

I have access to my acount in desktop app and mobile but i cant remember my password. I don't have access to the e-mail of my account and I know that it's possible to send a notification to my mobile to change the password but have no idea how to do it. I'm tring to follow the steps but once i do the step 2 i don't recive the step 3. 

Please help me, how i send this notification?

  1. Try to sign in to dropbox.com or the Dropbox app with your expired password.
  2. If you can’t log in, click I can’t recover my account using this page at the bottom. 
  3. Click Yes.
  4. Click Send notifications. This sends notifications to all your linked devices.
  5. When you see the notification on your linked device, click Details.
  6. Click Continue (web) or Yes (mobile).
  7. Enter your a new email address.
  8. Click Submit

Hey there @patmania, sorry to hear that!

Could you try clicking on the globe icon from the desktop app directly? It should open a web browser without prompting you to sign in (assuming that you've trusted this device in the past).

If that's not the case, please let me know.

Tks ...Yes i can do that but still can't change my password.

Sorry to hear that @patmania

At this point, I'll need to take a further look into this with all of my tools available so please log a ticket from an email address that you can access from the following page and let me know the ticket's ID so I can locate it on our system and get on it asap.

Thanks, I was able to resolve by contracting again an email account with the address I needed on my domain website.

now I'm going to exchange the email registered in the dropbox and cancel my email account again.
