I have access to my acount in desktop app and mobile but i cant remember my password. I don't have access to the e-mail of my account and I know that it's possible to send a notification to my mobile to change the password but have no idea how to do it. I'm tring to follow the steps but once i do the step 2 i don't recive the step 3.
Please help me, how i send this notification?

Hey there @patmania, sorry to hear that!
Could you try clicking on the globe icon from the desktop app directly? It should open a web browser without prompting you to sign in (assuming that you've trusted this device in the past).
If that's not the case, please let me know.

Tks ...Yes i can do that but still can't change my password.

At this point, I'll need to take a further look into this with all of my tools available so please log a ticket from an email address that you can access from the following page and let me know the ticket's ID so I can locate it on our system and get on it asap.

Thanks, I was able to resolve by contracting again an email account with the address I needed on my domain website.
now I'm going to exchange the email registered in the dropbox and cancel my email account again.
