Download extrem langsam 6 KB nur

Hallo. Habe den Account um 99 Euro. Habe eine 30 Mbit Download und eine 5 Mbit Upload Leitung mit fixer IP (Firmenanschluß). Der Upload funktioniert wie immer mit voller Geschwindigkeit, der Download...

über die API mit einem kleinen script hab ich mehr als 1 GB in weniger in etwa 1 Minute übertragen.. 

Die APP macht 200KB/s, Zu geringe Bandbreite beim provider... ja ne ist klar !
