Hi! I use request folders to let my client upload files. But the problem is two things:
1. The folder doesn't show that there has been a transfer, it says "0 transfers"
2. I wanna get a mail or a notification when files are uploaded to my request folders, is there a way to activate that?

Hey there @TmeStrndbrg - how are you today?
From the looks of it, your client hasn't succesfully uploaded anything to your File requests' folder - this would explain why you don't see any files in there and that you didn't receive an email notification about it (you normally get notified when files are uploaded to your file requests' folders) - could that be the case?
If not, please provide some additional information about this so we can further investigate.

Yes they have. And the files are there, but the folder still show 0 and I do not get any mails. And I can't find where to activate mail notification for uploaded files.
Please see screenshots, it's in swedish.
Outside the folder.
Inside the folder:
Looking at your screentshot, the folder has three members in the folder, which indicates this is a shared folder. If you invited your client to this folder then they would be able to add files to it, but you would not receive an email notification because the files weren't added through the File Request process.
Hey! The problem is solved, I got it all wrong. BUT is it possible to make several people get a mail when the requested file is uploaded?
