Error 400 When trying to sync. Or sign in from Guitar Tapp ChordPro library import.

You'll likely need to contact the support group for Guitar Tapp ChordPro. They likely use the Dropbox API in their app, and it would be up to them to support that connection. Dropbox cannot provide support for third-party apps.
