In the meantime, can you perhaps provide any screenshots of what you’re seeing or switch browsers, and clarify if the issue persists?

Hey @Tokki - sorry to jump in here, but could you clarify if you have your browser's cookies disabled by any chance? I'm only asking because we use cookies (these would be part of the functional cookies) to save the volume level you choose normally.

Hi @Walter
Thanks for replying!
When opening a Dropbox Replay link, some clients may not want to accept cookies and just go play it. In this case, the default volume level is 30% and they complain why the mix is too quiet. This is because we all tend to expect web players' default volume level as 100%.
Hi again, @Tokki! I’ve passed your feedback to the relevant team, and they’ll take this into account in the future.
For anything else, don’t hesitate to ping us.

Many thanks @Nancy!
I hope Dropbox Reply set the default volume level to be 100%.
And I believe no one would like to tell every new client like this ; "Since this is Dropbox Reply, please increase the player's volume level and accept all the cookies"
Hi @Tokki,
I hope you are well, I just wanted to say a quick thank you for all of the feedback you've given on Dropbox Replay, it is very much appreciated!
We've just launched a brand new Dropbox Replay group here on the Community and we'd love for you to join and get involved. You'll be able to chat with other Replay users, find out about product updates, discover tips and tricks and even connect directly with some members of the Replay team.
Joining is really simple, all you need to do is follow this link and hit the "join group" button.
Thanks again, and hopefully see you over on the group soon!
