Why are Dropbox accounts not automatically created when using Azure IDP integration?

Why are Dropbox accounts not automatically created when using Azure IDP integration?

We have integrated Azure IDP with Dropbox.

When we add user on Azure IDP side , it does not create account on Dropbox. When we add such user email address for invite.
It sends invite on email & user needs to signup account even though user is added to IDP.  After sign-up with new password , at the time of login , it gives two options sign-in with password as well as single sign-in.

Is that expected , even user is present in IDP , user needs to sign-up for dropbox account ?

Hi there @sagar_lonkar - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Did you set the Provisioning status to On when first setting your team up?

Let me know more and we'll take it from there.

Provisioning status is On
When user added to  Azure AD side , user gets invite email.
On invite email link click, It takes user to sign-up page.
Single sing-on/Sign-in is not working for that user.
please help

Hey @sagar_lonkar, thanks for posting here!

Based on everything you've mentioned, it sounds like Azure is working correctly.

Have you verified your Dropbox domains on the Dropbox side?

You should be able to change the join settings in the domain section of your admin console, in order to automatically add users to your team.

Keep in mind that this works only if you have an email on that domain, and if they don't have an existing account.
