Hey there @Howdy1 - how are you today?

Based on a little research I conducted, I found that the operating system version running on this device may not meet the minimum requirements to install the latest version of the Dropbox mobile application (or the desktop one for that matter). Please review the following help center article for the requirements:

https://help.dropbox.com/installs/system-requirements

In addition, I wanted to thank you for sending along this feedback! I’ll be sure to pass this comment along to the team for their consideration.

In the meantime, you should be able to access your Dropbox files through a web browser (assuming that Chromecasts support them).

I hope this helps to some extent and please let me know if you need anything else.

Hey @Howdy1,

Are you on an Android or iPhone? If you are on an Android you can just cast your entire screen to a Chromecast.

My sister shared a Dropbox folder with videos in it, but I can't figure how to cast it to my TV using Chrome Cast.
