I did all the setting up from the new ASUS computer promotion for the free 500Gb of space for 6 months. I clicked the 500 free space that was installed on my new ASUS and followed all the steps from my new ASAUS computer that only received 2GB of space for my new Dropbox account. I would like to speak with someone about getting my 500GB of free space promotion added to my Dropbox account. Main reason I purchased the ASUS laptop. Below is a screenshot proving that my computer is eligible, this was preinstalled on my laptop. Please have someone contact me or please add the 500GB of space. Thank you for your time.

What is your current location when you activated the promotion?
Did you activate it immediately, or did you install the Dropbox desktop application from the Dropbox site first?
