I have been paying for an upgrade but my account is still only showing the free 2GB subscription. Payment is being made using apple.com billing so when i use the Chat Bot I can't provide the transaction number to complete my inquiry with.
It's very annoying and Dropbox do not seem to care that they are taking my money for something they are not providing me with.

Did you get the chance to try out these steps? They may help in some cases.
Also, did you receive a receipt via email from Apple for your latest charges? If yes, I’d like you to check the email address you received it to, and clarify if it’s the same as the one showing here.
