I am being charged $12.78 for Dropbox Plus. However, I do not subscribe to Dropbox Plus. I am subscribed to Dropbox Basic which is free. How do I unsubscribe to a plan that I am not subscribed to?

Do you have another other email address that could be associated with another Dropbox account?
According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes, or Google Play?

I do not have another email associated with Dropbox and I was charged directly by Dropbox. I did notice that my storage was higher than the allowed 2 GB so I deleted stuff.
As you were charged by Dropbox, could you try using the card lookup tool to see which account is associated with that payment?
