Good Day. A deduction was made from my account on the 12 February 2022 of $13,79 but my space has not increased. Please assist.

Hi @Wahjum, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app?

According to your bank statement, was the payment taken by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?

This will help me to assist further!

I have upgraded via the website.  I accidentally upgraded and choose the annual subscription but wanted the monthly. I have been refunded, but was then billed after that for the monthly subscription. The payment was taken by dropbox

Thanks for the info. As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.

Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!

I need help admin payment

Hello I signed up for the free trial and got charged £10, and still have not got any extra storage only 2GB, so the free trial didnt work and i got charged £10 for nothing, my email is [removed per the Dropbox Community Guidelines]

Is it possible that you upgraded another Dropbox account but not the one you're looking at? 

If I were you, I'd use our self-serve look-up tool in order to locate where the charge is coming from. 

Give it a go, and let me know the results.
