If you'd like to cancel a subscription you can't access, I'd suggest reaching out to our support team directly.
To do this, open a private browsing/incognito window on your browser and go to this page.
In the "I want to look up information related to:" box, choose "other" and put in an email address you can access.
Then fill out the form, submit your request and give us the ticket number once you have it.
