I recently purchased a Seagate external SSD and I received 6 months of free trial of dropbox. However, whenever I try to sign up for the free trial, it says "couldn't start trial due to a technical error". What do I do now?
Hi @Sir_Rorschach, thanks for posting today!
Could you provide a little more information on this matter?
What trial is this for? Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Let me know how it goes!

It's a trial for Dropbox backup plan for 6 months. I have tried using other browsers. I'm attaching a screenshot of the error.
Thanks for the info, in order to look into this matter in more detail, would it be possible to reach out to the email associated with your forum profile?
