in the refunds page it is mentioned, that the citizens of EU, UK or Turkey are eligible for a refund if the subscription is cancelled within 14 days after the purchase. I tried out the Dropbox professional plan for one month with my MasterCard debit card details entered but I had forgot to cancel my plan and I was charged 199€ for a service I won't probably use. I tried to submit a help request under Billing and payments > Cancellations and refunds but there was no choice for a debit card, only credit card/Google play/Apple app store payment options available. Has anyone had luck with refunding debit card payments in EU?
On September 9, 2021. you have withdrawn 119.88 euros from my credit card. I'm on a Dropbox Basic plan. Please reimburse me in accordance with European law.
I wrote to a lady who was very kind and working for dropboxing. But she couldn't help me either, she wasn't in the finance department. With they can't be contacted easily. 14 days passed and I gave up.
You need to contact support as has already been said.
Note that refunds are only given, as per the T&C's you agreed to upon signing up, when legally required.
