You can try contacting Support, but there are usually no refunds.

Nobody here can help. Its an account issue that you can ONLY correct via the links Rich has already given.
- aotlove4 years agoExplorer | Level 4Click to order and see the money in the amount of Thai baht, 128 baht per year, think it's right, so order but the amount deducted on the card 4833 baht Very shocked because the money will not pay for the card at the end of the month. It's actually 128us. So I will ask for a refund.

If thats the pricing you have paid aotlove you have almost certainly set Dropbox to take payments annually instead of monthly.

Excuse me? No refunds?
Dropbox gives people 14 days refund policy if for whatever reason they are not satisfied.
Btw, if you paid through Paypal you will have to either contact them first at paypalie@dropbox.com
And if you are a EU citizen Dropbox is required to refund you within 30 days by EU consumer law.

No, they don't. In most cases, payments for Dropbox subscriptions and team member licenses aren’t refundable.
And if you are a EU citizen Dropbox is required to refund you within 30 days by EU consumer law.The currency mentioned here, Baht, is the currency used in Thailand, which would not be covered by the EU consumer law.

Hi Rabbits1077, I hope you’re doing well.
Can you let me know if you initially upgraded your Dropbox account via www.dropbox.com or the App Store/Play Store instead? That’ll help me guide you further.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Why should I have to jump through hoops to get MY money. Refund immediatly or futher legal action will be taken.

Hey Rushrules.
First of all, please kindly note that we’re unable to take any actions on your Dropbox account from the forum, since we don’t have any account visibility.
Besides that, can you clarify if you’re being billed directly from Dropbox or the App Store/Play Store instead?
If your Dropbox account was upgraded via iTunes for example, you'll need to contact Apple directly to request a refund.
Thanks!

Dropbox cannot charge you if they don't have your billing information. If you've been charged and didn't give them your billing information, then someone else has and you should be contacting your bank.

How did you pay? If it was via an App Store you need to cancel at least 48 hours before. You also need to speak to them about refunds.
