Already cancelled my annual subscription but still haven't received my refund

I have already CANCELLED MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION from Dropbox [PLUS Package] on the 3rd Jan 2025 and It was clearly mentioned that I will be REFUNDED back my 136.66 USD upon unsubscription.

However, I still have nothing refunded back to my credit card nor to my account

Please REFUND my 136.66 USD Urgently!!

    If you haven't already, please go here to review your invoices and receipts. When a refund has been processed, you should be able to find the corresponding receipt.

    Also, have you tried getting in contact with your bank at all since it's been almost 3 weeks since the refund should have been processed? 

    Let us know more and we'll take it from there.

    Thank you for your prompt reply!

    I rechecked my bank statement and I have really found that the plan fees were indeed refunded bank on 8-Jan-2025.
