is there a real phone number i can call to cancel this?
i have tried everything online available but none work
i have been paying for this service i will/ would never use
i just want the charge to stop
i dont know what else to do.
please help

Letās check a few things first, to find the best approach.
Are you being billed directly by Dropbox, or iTunes/Google Play? You can also double check your bank statement to verify this; this should show next to your latest Dropbox charges.
Other than that, what exact steps have you followed so far to cancel your plan?

bank shows dropbox
i have tried to log in and cancel but always at some point there is an issue and i cant continue
i called 3 different phone numbers
one i paid a 2.99 admin fee and was given another number to call with my confirmation number but can not ever talk to a person

Can you please give these steps a try to log a ticket with our support team directly? When youāre done, send me your ticket number here and Iāll leave an internal note for them.
If you come across any issues though, donāt hesitate to ping me and Iāll open a ticket for you instead.
