To whom it may concern,
I need help cancelling my trial/subscription with Dropbox. I likely opened it a few years ago and never cancelled the trial. I acknowledge that is my fault and I am not seeking a refund. I would just like to know that my subscription is cancelled completely and that I will not be receiving any future charges. For further context, I opted to be billed annually.

Let's jump right into this. Do you have access to the account at the moment?
Also, did you start your trial directly through Dropbox, or within Apple/Google Store?
Provided that you upgraded directly from us, then you should be able to follow these steps, in order to cancel your plan.
