Hey everyone !
I need help for sorting this error. I tried to purchase the 2T storage plan and when trying to purchase via phone number billing it asked me to connect through my other Acc. That fore it didint let me bill my account that I wanted to add the plan. And when I tried to solve it by logging off from that previous Acc it turned out to just not let me finish the billing at all. I must do it from only my phone and its because I have to pay through it for the purchase and It would show me just to reboot the device witch I did. I even reset factory setings and reinstall the app but nothing helped. Same error, please help I have no idea what to do more. 🙂

Which device are you using to upgrade, and Android or iOS device?
What is the exact error you're getting? A screenshot of this, while hiding personal details, would help greatly.
