HUMANS are an important resource for any company.  BOTS are not a good option when one has an issue with one's subscription and billing.  This is so messed up.

Hi there @Alleycat1 - thank you for the feedback on this.

 

If you have a billing query and you'd like to contact our support team for further assistance, you can do it via this form.

 

Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information.

 

Once you do this and get a ticket from our system, you can share it with us here so that we can look it up as well, if needed.
