Hi,
why did I get this email:
ATTENTION: Your Dropbox is no longer syncing files
Since you've downgraded to our Basic plan, you've exceeded your available space of 2 GB and won’t be able to upload new files.
Resubscribe to Dropbox Plus today and rest easy knowing you will get these features back:
• Storing up to 2,000 GB
• Uploading additional files and photos
• Syncing changes across all your devices
As on my screen it says: Dropbox Basic
9.14 GB of 18.25 GB used
I got all this space by recomending you others.
Than I opted for free month, to enabled syncing and acces to personal support but you still charged me 19 USD.
Pls make refund and unlock my account, as it is all obviously mistake

Hi @ND79, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you clarify what the issue is exactly? Were you charged for a plan from an upgrade? Do you see any payments on this page?
Are you querying the fact that your have quota from referrals made in the past?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

I had always free account as I refered many new users. It was about 18 GB free space today, and I was using only 9, but still I got this email about downgrading and sync stopping. Than as I wasnt able to get to the support as free user and didnt want any disruptons with syncing and files, I opted to 1 month trial with 3tb plan but I got charged still for one month and on my screen it says I am on trial 3TB, which is free. So I hope it will all get resolved asap.
Trials are free, so you wouldn't have been charged yet. Did you add the trial via the site or the mobile app? Have you tried cancelling the trial?
Are you certain you got this email for the same email used for your Dropbox account? How long ago did you receive this message?

I was charged 19 usd and it still wasn't returned at this moment.
I didnt want to cancel as I am scared they will downgrade my account. And on basis account there is no personal support.
Hi @ND79, just to make sure we're on the same page: I understand that you want a refund for this charge.
It seems you might have accidentally upgraded your account, instead of starting a free trial. Now, provided that you're eligible for a refund, that will automatically downgrade the account.
However, you also mentioned that you don't want to cancel, since you're afraid your account will get downgraded.
If you wish for me to look into this for you, let me know and I'll send you an email!

pls look at this.
I have recomended dozens of customers so i get to this 18 GB, it was always free. Now I am using 9 GB, 50%...so I wasnt suppose to get this email. I get you many customets and I feel you should be able just to downgrade me now untill 18 GB is not enough.
I am sure I didnt make mistake with trial, becouse I took bigger plan 3 tb becouse it gives free trial...I would have used smaller plan, but there was no free trial with 2 tb plan.
