extra payment

Why am i still being billed monthly when im not using any dropbox plan. i email so many times regards to this matter but have no respond, its kinda annoying and i’ve been charge for the payments for a few months, can i get refunds.

Hey @Daphne Wu, welcome to the Dropbox Community.

If you're on a free account, but are getting charged for a Dropbox subscription, you're most likely being charged for a different account. 

Can I reach out to you via email, so we can look into this?
