I am sorry, it did not help me yet. I still can not work out the refund process, it says to go to App store.
If you purchased via an App store (or Google Play) then thats correct you need to contact them for a refund.

The payment went from my paypal account to Dropbox, I did not authorise the payment but paypal told me to contact dropbox for the money and I'm looking for way to reach dropbox.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Did you provide your PayPal information to Dropbox? If so, then you authorized it. If you didn't, then someone else has and you need to work with PayPal as it's fraud.
